Objective：To optimize the best extraction technology of flavonoids in leaves of Rhodendron primulaeflorum Bur.et Franch.Methods：For the evaluation of rutin to study the mass fraction of flavonoids,ultrasonic extraction process was optimized flavonoids by orthogonal test.Results：The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions as follows：the Rhodendron primulaeflorum Bur.et Franch.leaves was as raw material,75% ethanol for the extract,m（Rhodendron primulaeflorum Bur.et Franch.）：v（extract） was 1：10,ultrasonic was 60 min,extracted three times;in this condition,the extraction rate of flavonoids was 11.01% with a RSD of 0.43%（n=3）.Conclusion：Optimize the best extraction technology of flavonoids in Rhodendron primulaeflorum Bur.et Franch.leaves and improve the utilization of medicinal herbs in order to better use of the medicine provides a theoretical basis.
