目的 观察柔肝通络汤对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响.方法 将SD大鼠分为柔肝通络汤高、中、低剂量组和空白对照组、假手术组、模型组.采用线栓法复制大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注损伤（MCAO）模型,分别观察缺血再灌注后3、6、12、24、48 h神经学评分及再灌24 h脑梗死面积.结果 柔肝通络汤能够明显改善模型动物的神经病学症状,缩小脑梗死面积.柔肝通络汤各剂量组的神经功能缺损评分及梗死灶面积均低于模型组（P＜0.05）.结论 柔肝通络汤在防治大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤方面具有脑保护作用.

英文摘要：

Objective： To investigate the effect of Rougan Tongluo Decoction ＇on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats. Methods： The experimental rats were divided into high,medium and low dose group and blank control, sham operation group and model group. The Focal cerebral ischemia / reperfusion injury （MCAO） model in rats was made by using suture-occluded method to observe Neurological score at 6h, 12h,3h,24h,48h and Cerebral infarct size at 24 h after ischemia reperfusion. Results： Rougan Tongluo Decoction can obviously im- prove the animal models of. neurological symptoms and Reduce infarction area. The Rougan Tongluo Decoction group＇s neurological deficit score and infarct size were lower than model group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： ROugan Tongluo Decoction has a protective effect on preventing cerebral ischemia / reperfusion injury in rats.
