用微环境批实验的方法研究了地下水中加入醋酸盐基质在铁还原环境下四氯乙烯(PCE)的共代谢降解;用接种活性污泥培养驯化后的微生物降解PCE。研究表明,在同一驯化周期中,随着驯化时间的变化,微生物量和活性呈增加的趋势,到第11天基本达到最大值;经过13天,PCE的去除率达90%以上,产生的Fe(Ⅱ)浓度为68.23mg/L;加入PCE一天后,就看TCE的产生在实验的第10天有少量DCEs的产生,到实验结束时,TCE的量没有下降;以地下水为基础培养液的铁还原环境,碳平衡达89.00%~100.0%。
This paper presents the research on the cometabolism biodegradation of perchloroethylene (PCE) with groundwater spiked acetate acid under Fe reducing environment by batch experiments. The activate sludge from wastewater treatment plant was inoculated to mixture of groundwater and soil from a garden. When there was enough microorganism population, acclimation experiment was carried out with acetate acid as cometabolism substrate. Then this kind of microorganism was used to degrade PCE. The results show that the population and activity of the microorganism are increased with time increasing, with the maximum at 11^th day during an acclimation period. After 30 days, 90 % PCE was removed with the Fe( Ⅱ ) concentration of 68.23 mg/L. In the process of PCE degradation, trichloroethylene (TCE) appeared after 1 day and a little of DCE was produced after 10 days. The TCE concentration was not decreased at end of the experiment. The carbon balance in this reaction system is between 89.00%-100.0%.
