摘要:介绍了一套自主研制的便携式红外热波无损检测系统,并用图像的形式展示了其检测效果。该系统搭载了多种热激励方式,采用了内、外两种触发模式的控制系统,可方便用户根据需要对热源进行可控加热;处理软件使用了具有自主知识产权的数据处理算法,采用了独特的数据重建算法和去噪增信的处理办法。使用该系统对不同复合材料的试件进行检测,试验结果表明,该系统对于复合材料试件的缺陷检测有较好的检测结果,对于传热速率较慢,或较大厚度的复合材料试件的检测有独特的优势。
The paper introduces a portable IR NDT system which is self-developed and domestic. The system contains a variety of thermal excitation method, and two trigger methods of internal and external means. Users can select the appropriate method to detect. The software of the system with independent intellectual property rights uses a unique data reconstruction algorithm, can increase the signal and denoise. The test of the composite specimens by using the system shows that it is good for inspecting the defect of composite material sample. It has a unique advantage for inspecting the sample which is of low thermal conductivity or thick.
