LUO Yang was born in Ziyang, Sichuang,China, in 1985. He received his B.S. degree in Material Science and Engineering in 2008 from Southwest Jiaotong University. Now, he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree of High voltage and Insulation Technology in School of Electrical Engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University. His research interests include the electrical damage of the nano-dielectric and PDs detecting. WU Guangning was born in Nanjing, China, on July 26, 1969. He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electric- al engineering, from Xi＇an Jiaotong University respectively in 1991, 1994 and 1997. Currently, he is a professor in school of electrical engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University. His research interests include condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and insulation life-span evaluation for electrical equipment. ZHU Guangya was born in Langzhong, Sichuan, China, on July 28, 1989. She received her B.S. degree in electrical engineering in 2011 from Southwest Jiaotong University. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the School of Elec- trical Engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University. Currently, her research interets were in partial discharge detecting and insulation failure mechanism tbr electrical insulation under impulsed voltage, WANG Peng was born in Hezc, Shandong, China, on October 23, 1982. He received his B.S. ,and MS. degrees in electrical engineering from Southwest Jiaotong Universily. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the School of Electrical Engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University. Currently, his research interests were in PD detecting and insulation failure mechanism for electrical insulation under impulsed voltage, DC voltage. CAO Kaijiang was born in Luzhou, Sichuan, China, on 6 June 1985.
