将风电功率预测信息纳入电力系统调度运行是解决风电波动的主要技术之一。受自然条件影响,风电功率预测的精度仍然较低。描述风电功率的不确定性并在机组组合中使用该信息,可提高机组组合决策的鲁棒性。文中分别采用点预测、区间预测和分位点预测描述风电功率的不确定性。在此基础上,分别建立了适合各种风电功率预测信息的机组组合模型。最后,采用IEEE-RTS96系统对所建机组组合模型进行测试,并在此基础上对各类预测信息在机组组合决策中的作用进行分析。测试结果证明了文中研究方法的有效性。
Incorporating wind power forecast in power system operation is one of the main techniques for mitigating the fluctuation of wind power variation.Because of changes of weather,however,it is still a challenge to make highly accurate wind power forecast.By describing the uncertainty of wind power forecast and using it in unit commitment(UC) will help make more robust day-ahead schedules.Three categories of wind forecast information are described in this paper.A modified UC model is proposed that can be flexibly adapted to each type of wind power forecast information.Ten units from an IEEE-RTS 96 system are selected to test the proposed model.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the model in using different wind power forecast information.In addition,occasional wind curtailment may help system operate more economically.
