土壤微生物量作为土壤生态系统研究的重要参数之一,对土壤中养分循环、有机物降解和转化具有重要作用。如何准确、快速、有效地测定土壤微生物量已经成为近年来国内外土壤研究领域的热点问题。常用的土壤微生物量测定方法包括:直接观察法、生理学法和生物化学法。综述了土壤微生物量的测定方法及其研究进展,并对各种方法进行了比较分析,旨在分析各种测定方法的利弊,为土壤微生物量的测定提供依据。展望了今后土壤微生物量研究的重点。
Soil microbial biomass was a most essential component in soil ecology study. It played a key role in nutrient cycle and organic matter degradation and transformation. How to accurately, rapidly and effectively determine the soil microbial biomass had drawn much attention in soil research field. There were several methods involved in soil microbial biomass determination, including direct observational method, physical method and biochemical method. This review comparably evaluated the soil microbial biomass measurements. The further key research in this area in the future was discussed.
