以hemin-nitrite-H2O2体系造成大鼠心肌强自发生硝基化,运用蛋白质印迹法测定6种不同黄酮(黄芩素、黄芩苷、槲皮素、葛根素、芹菜素、灯盏花素)对蛋白硝化的抑制作用,其结果是:槲皮素、黄芩苷最强}黄芩素、灯盏花素次之;芹菜素、葛根素最弱.
In this experiment, rat cardiac protein was nitrated by hemin-nitrite-H2O2 system. The inhibitory effects of six different flavonoids were detected by weakest blotting. The order of anti-nitration is quereetin the strongest, baicalin, breviseapinum, baiealein, apigenin the medium and puerarin the weakest.
