Summarized the research progress of biodiesel synthesis catalyzed by acidic ionic liquids at home and abroad,and introduced the characteristics of ionic liquids and their advantages in biodiesel production.Briefly described the application of acidic ionic liquids in esterification and biodiesel preparation,and previewed the development tendency of acidic ionic liquids in synthesis of biodiesel.
