提出基于波动需求的集装箱航线优化设计,运用年度期望收益方法,构建以平均舱位利润最大为目标的三阶混合整数规划模型.同时考虑了基于年度波动需求的航线路径选择、空箱调拨、舱位分配与船型选择等问题,设计双层遗传算法求解模型.实验结果表明,本文提出的基于波动需求的航线优化设计模型较基于平均需求的航线优化设计模型可以获得更好的航线优化设计方案,验证了模型和算法的有效性与实用性.
This paper proposed an optimal design of container shipping networks under fluctuating demands,and an annual expected revenue methodology was used to formulate a mixed integer non-linear programming model(MINP) with an objective of maximizing the average unit ship-slot profit at three stages.The issues such as shipping routing,empty container repositioning,ship-slot allocating, ship sizing etc,were simultaneously considered based on fluctuating demands for a year,and a bi-level genetic algorithm was developed.Experiments results show that the proposed model can provide more realistic solutions to the issues of the model on the basis of fluctuating demands comparing with the model based on the average demands.
