对上海65m射电望远镜天线副反射面调整机构进行了精度分析,确定了副面调整机构的主要误差参数,建立了误差参数的数学模型,运用蒙特卡洛法得到了全姿态工作空间下的末端位置和姿态的综合误差,证明了所设计的调整机构精度能够满足设计要求,分析结果为副面调整机构的运动学标定奠定了一定的基础,为所设计机构在实际工作中达到系统所要求的运动精度提供了重要设计保障.研究内容对并联机构在实际工程中的应用实践具有重要的指导意义.
The precision analysis was carried out for the sub-reflector adjustment mechanism of Shanghai 65m radio telescope antenna The main error parameters of the adjusting mechanism were determined.The mathematical model of the error parameters was established.Using the Monte Carlo method,end position and pose errors with the whole attitude workspace had been gained,to prove the accuracy of the design mechanism to meet the design requirements.The results laid the foundation for the calibration of the sub-reflector adjustment mechanism.This provided a guarantee to achieve the system's required motion accuracy for the design agency.The contents here possess theoretical significance and engineering value for the development of the adjusting mechanism for the sub-reflector of antenna.
