研发了一种以页岩陶粒和粉煤灰陶粒为混凝土材料并与钢结构住宅配套的装配式内外墙板,通过3种不同的加载装置,对5组试验墙板的结构性能进行了试验研究,其中包含经过改进后的最佳配合比试验墙板,均表现出了良好的力学性能;并通过对该新型装配式墙板的板型设计、理论计算、试验方法,得出了带肋墙板在钢结构住宅体系外挂墙板中有3.0、4.5、6.0、7.5m4种跨度;结合钢结构住宅墙板的工程实际要求,墙板的表观密度得到很大的改善,使墙板安装施工过程更加方便快捷。试验成果为墙板的进一步研究奠定了基础,并有利于该墙板的推广应用。
An assembled interior and external wallboard made of shale ceramic grain and fly ash aggregate as concrete materials matched with steel structural house is developed in this paper. An experimental research on the structural performance of five groups of experimental wallboards is conducted through three different loading devices,including improved experimental wallboard with optimal proportion. All these wallboards show good mechanical properties. Based on research on pattern design,theoretical ealculatiori,experimental approaches of this new assembled wallboard,it is concluded that external wallboard for steel structural house have four spans including 3 m,4.5 m,6 m and 7.5 m, combined with the practical engineering requirements of wallboards for steel structural house,the apparent density of wallboard is improved significantly. Therefore,assemble and construction of the wallboard is more convenient and efficient. The test result lays the foundation for further research on wallboard,and it is also beneficial to the popularization and application.
