煤矸石自身硬度较小,有害化学成分含量较多,使得煤矸石混凝土的应用有局限性。而煤矸石发生自燃后,其物理性质和化学成分都会发生改变。因此,为了探究自燃煤矸石在建筑材料方面的利用,对比了煤矸石与自燃煤矸石的物理性质与化学成分,并将自燃煤矸石破碎筛分后得到人工砂,分别设计了不同强度等级的自燃煤矸石混凝土和人工砂浆配合比,对其相关性能进行了试验和分析。试验结果表明,自燃煤矸石的力学性能比煤矸石好,S含量低。自燃煤矸石混凝土和易性较差,需要加入外加剂或额外的水泥浆,且自燃煤矸石自身硬度对混凝土的强度起重要作用。在考虑减少强度损失的情况下,人工砂浆引气剂的最佳掺量为20%。
As coal gangue owe less hardness and more harmful ingredient, the application of coal gangue concrete has limitations.To ex- plore the use of spontaneous combusion gangue on building materials, the differences between coal gangue and spontaneous combusion gangue on physical aspects and chemical constitution were studied,and manufactured sand was obtained from spontaneous combusion gangue's broken and sieved, different strength grade of spontaneous combusion gangue concrete and mortar mix proportion were designed. Tests and ananlyses were conducted to study their related performances.The result show that spontaneous combusion gangue perform better than coal gangue on mechanical property and contains less sulfur, while the workability of spontaneous combusion gangue concrete mix is not good, additives and extra cement paste are needed.The hardness of spontaneous combusion gangue has significant effect on strength of concrete.Taking decreasing strength lose into consideration, the best content of air entraining agent in mortar is 20%.
