以台湾服务业的一线员工及其直接领导者为样本,探讨自我牺牲型领导对员工亲社会行为的影响。研究发现,自我牺牲型领导对下属的亲社会行为具有积极作用;从二元(垂直和水平)关系角度来看,领导成员关系和团队成员关系分别对自我牺牲型领导与下属亲社会行为间的关系具有正向调节作用;从员工中心角度来看,员工的逢迎行为也正向调节上述二者之间的关系。
It is very valuable that employees perform prosocial behavior, such as cooperation, for the health operation of enterprises and the good relationship between enterprises and their customers. To some degree, leader's words and behavior influence follower's behavior. The frontline employees and their leaders in Taiwan's service industry are the research sample in this paper. It is found that self-sacrificial leadership has a positive effect on follower's prosocial behavior~ and from the (vertical and horizontal) dyadic linkage perspective, LMX and TMX both moderate the above relationship posi- tively; meanwhile, from the perspective of follower-centered approach, the above relationship is also strengthened by employee's ingratiatory motivation. Some practical implications, research limitation and future direction are summarized in the end.
