Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made hemorrhoid and fistula smoked lotion on anorectal diseases. Methods： Sixty patients with anorectal diseases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine for treatment,while the ones in the observation group were given self-made hemorrhoid and fistula smoked lotion. Results： The effective rate of the control group was83. 33%,while that of the observation group was 93. 33%,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,pain,swelling,bulge,anus wetness and bleeding scores of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; And its CRP,SP and FGF levels were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Self-made hemorrhoid and fistula smoked lotion has the remarkable clinical curative effect on anorectal diseases.
