Peasant-workers lose job and go home due to the double constraint of of labor market segmentation and employment rigidity. Pomoting the employment of home-going peasant-workers,we should reinforce and improve the public service for them,estalish and perfect the guiding mechanism of their employment,strengthen job-education; develop county economy to enlarge them employment in local areas,to perfect system construction further,and to promote regional economic development.
