高层次科技人才是我国科技发展的核心力量。目前，我国科技人才特别是高层次科技人才信息资源建设较为滞后，尚不能满足高层次科技人才开发、利用和管理决策的需求。本文在问卷调研和访谈的基础上，对国内部分地区高层次科技人才信息资源建设现状进行了较为全面、系统地总结，分析了高层次科技人才信息资源建设中存在的问题，并对改进我国高层次科技人才信息资源建设工作提出建议。

英文摘要：

High-level talents are the pivotal force for the developing of Chinese science and technology. But the construction of information resource of S＆T talents can＇t meet the demand of development and management of human resource in science and technology. On the basis of investigation, this paper summarizes the present situation, analyzes the problems during the information resources construction of S＆T talents completely and systematically. Focusing on the above findings, the paper puts forward the suggestions.
