Firstly, the systematic formation and network characteristic of an eco - industrial networks in a industrial zone are discussed. The performance of an ecoindustrial network within the zone could be measured from four aspects, namely, network flexibility, network value - added, network openness, and network harmony ness, under the basic framework of evaluation for the network organization＇ s performance. By using questionnaire and data analysis, the index system and index weight for measuring the eco - industrial network of the industrial zone are studied, and the performance for the network are tried hard to evaluate from the zone environment, economics, and social coordinated dtvelopment.
