分析了涡轮发动机涡轮内的气热弹耦合现象,并讨论了气热弹耦合研究方向及基本步骤,为了采用有限差分进行涡轮气热弹耦合数值仿真,详细地讨论了该方法的关键性问题:模型方程、边界条件、差分格式、结构化网格块群、固体应力场的求解以及数值仿真平台的建立。最后通过几个简单的算例初步验证了该方法的可行性和可靠性。
The conjugated of fluid-thermal-elasticity phenomenon was analyzed in the turbo of the engine firstly, the research direction and schemes of the conjugated of fluid-thermal-elasticity was discussed, in order to numerically simulate turbo by the scheme of the conjugated of fluid-thermal- elasticity using of finite difference method, the key techniques of the scheme were detail studied and analyzed., the analysis on physical models, construction of high accuracy difference scheme and selection of boundary conditions for multi-field coupling simulation, employment of structure grids, solving of the stress field of elastic, development of a conjugate numerical simulation platform. Then some simple examples were selected to validate the feasibility and reliability of the scheme recommended.
