由于燃气涡轮机的发展,作为燃气涡轮机最重要的部件气冷涡轮,其负荷与涡轮前温度不断提高,为适应这一发展,气冷涡轮气动设计体系与设计思想均有了新的发展。本文的目的就是从三个方面分析与介绍这一发展内涵。第一部分,重点介绍气冷涡轮气动设计体系的发展、介绍主要程序的特点与分层优化设计过程。第二部分,重点介绍应用平均方程在计算气冷涡轮气动问题时,如何提高计算的可靠性与计算精度。第三部分,重点介绍气冷涡轮三维气动设计思想。
This study introduces thc development of an aerodynamic design system and ideology for air-cooled turbines in advanced gas turbines. There are three parts in all. The development of an aerodynamic design system for air-cooled turbines and the hierarchical optimization process are introduced in the first part. The measures to improve the stability and accuracy of aerodynamic calculations are introduced in the second part. Finally, the aerodynamic design ideology of air-cooled turbines is introduced in the third part.
