为研究载荷、转速和不同材料配比对高分子水润滑材料摩擦学性能的影响,根据相关试验规范设计摩擦学试验,并在CBZ-1船舶尾轴承材料摩擦磨损试验台架上进行试验。试验结果表明,尾轴的转速及材料配比对材料的摩擦学性能有较为明显的影响,材料配比的影响尤为显著,当愈创树脂的质量百分数为0.5%时,材料的摩擦学性能达到最优。
In order to study the influences of the applied load, rotational speed and guaiac resin content on the tribological properties of the water-lubricated bearing materials, the tribology experiments are designed according to the relevant test specification. The experiments are conducted using a commercial pin-on-disc tester(CBZ-1 tribo-tester, Haima Ltd., China). The results show that the speed and guaiac resin content have the apparent effect on the friction coefficient. Furthermore, the guaiac resin content has the most significant on the tribological properties of tested materials. It achieves the optimal tribological properties of materials when the guaiac resin content is 0.5%.
