水润滑尾轴承是船舶推进系统的重要支撑部件,其性能的优劣对船舶航行的快速性、安全性、隐蔽性、经济性等有着重要的影响。但是水润滑尾轴承在低速工作状态下难以保证其良好的润滑性和平稳性。从仿生学的角度,介绍仿生结构的应用现状。重点分析铁犁木的成分与表面微结构,探索其自润滑机制。初步制备基于铁犁木性能的仿生材料并进行简单的性能分析,以期在改善水润滑尾轴承的性能方面有更进一步的突破,为水润滑尾轴承的减磨以及润滑性能提升设计提供思路。
As one important supporting component of the ship propulsion system, the water-lubricated stern bearing has great effects on shipping navigation, security, covert, economic and so on. But it is difficult for water-lubricated stern bearing to ensure the good lubrication and smoothness under low speed working conditions.The present situation of the bionic struc- ture application was introduced from the perspective of bionics.The components and surface textures of lignum vitae were analyzed.The mechanism of the self-lubricating was explored.The biomimetie materials were preliminary designed and pre- pared based on the properties of lignum vitae, and the performance of the simple was analyzed to hope a further break- through in improving the performance of water-lubricated stern hearing, and provide the idea for wear reduction and the lu- brication performance improvement of water-lubricated stern bearing in ship.
