利用镁合金快速定量测氢仪和定量金相技术研究了含氢量对铸造镁铝合金微孔的影响。结果表明:随镁铝合金熔液含氢量的增加,微孔的量增多,同时试样密度减小。力学性能试验表明,镁熔液含氢量越低,铸件抗拉强度和延伸率都有较大地提升。
In this paper the effect of hydrogen content on microporosity and mechanical properties of cast magnesium - aluminum alloy with a self - devel- oped instrument for quantification measuring hydrogen content and a software for analysis percentage of microporosity has been investigated. The results show that hydrogen content in magnesium melt is higher, accordingly the mount of microporosity is more, at the same time, and the density of the sample becomes less. Test results of mechanical properties indicate that tensile strength and elongation increase with hydrogen content decreasing.
