Endophyte HJ1 from black walnut was used to extract oil with petroleum.Extraction parameters were examined by single and orthogonal experiments.The yield of the oil from endophyte maintained around 22.26% under the optimal extraction conditions,i.e.,temperature： 85℃,extraction time： 4h,ratio of material to solvent： 1∶6.The constituents of the oil were similar with other plant oil,indicating that it can be used as raw material for biodiesel.
