研究了核桃青皮水提液石油醚萃取相对供试作物的化感活性,结果表明:(1)核桃青皮水提液在供试浓度为30mg·mL^-1时,对6种供试植物(绿豆、小麦、萝卜、油菜、黑麦草及高羊茅)的发芽率和幼苗生长均有较好的化感抑制作用。(2)核桃青皮水提液石油醚萃取相中的活性物质对植物幼苗生长的抑制有一定的选择性。对小麦、油菜和高羊茅幼根的抑制大于对幼芽的抑制;对绿豆、萝卜和黑麦草幼芽的抑制大于对幼根的抑制。(3)不同浓度处理液对小麦、油菜和黑麦草的化感抑制作用随石油醚萃取相浓度的增大而增强。(4)小麦是进一步研究的良好受体。
Allelopathy effect of petroleum ether extract from walnut green husk was investigated. The results showed that: (1) the petroleum ether extract from the water extracts of walnut green husk had strong inhibition effect on the germination and seedling growth of 6 plant species (mung bean, wheat, radish, cole, ryegrass, and tall rescue) at the concentration of 30 mg·mL^-1. (2)The inhibition effects on the young roots of wheat, cole and tall fescue were stronger than those on the young buds, while the inhibition effects to the young buds of mung bean, radish and ryegrass were strongen than those on the young roots. (3) The inhibition exhibited dose dependence behavior. (4) Wheat was a favorable receptor for further study.
