硅因具有大的比容量,极有希望成为下一代锂离子电池的主要负极材料。硅基负极材料工业化需其具备较高的比容量、良好的循环性能并能够进行工业生产。综述了硅-碳复合材料的研究进展,介绍了各类硅喊复合物的制备方法、结构和电化学性能,提出制备低成本、性能稳定的硅-碳复合物将成为硅基材料研究的主导方向。
Because of its large capacity, silicon is considered to one of the most promising anode materials for next generation lithium-ion batteries. For use in industrialization, a Si electrode must have high capacity, long cycle life, high efficiency, and the fabrication should be industrially to meet all these needs. The preparation methods,struc- tures and electrochemical performances of Si/C composite are reviewed. The future trend of Si-based anude material will focus on Si/C compounds with low production cost and long cycle life.
