半导体激光器的输出波长随着温度而变化,同时,输出功率也会随着温度和使用时间的变化而发生漂移,因此,半导体激光器的恒温控制是极其必要的。根据半导体激光器的温度控制特点,对PID和Fuzzy控制进行理论分析,将SIMULINK2.1与FuzzyLogicTool—Box有机地结合,实现了模糊白整定PID参数控制系统的计算机仿真设计。仿真结果表明,此种方法简单,易于实现。此系统还可以应用在其他小型的温控系统中。
The wavelength of semi-conductor laser diode (LD) varies with the temperature. Meanwhile, the output power also drifts according to the temperature and the used time. Therefore, it is quite necessary to control the temperature of semi-conductor LD. Concerning the characteristics of thermostat controller for LD, the theories of PID control and fuzzy control were analyzed. By combing SIMULINK2.1 and FuzzylogicTool-box, the computer simulation design for the self tuning PID parameters control system was implemented. The result shows that this method is simple and easy to operate and can be applied to some other small-sized temperature control systems as well.
