为了明确不同油菜素内酯(BR)处理对谷子生长的影响,2014年采用浸种和叶面喷施的方法,研究BR浸种对晋谷21号和张杂谷5号种子过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,及叶面喷施BR对谷子株高、生物重、POD活性、叶绿素和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,两个品种的POD和SOD活性均随BR浸种浓度的增加呈先增高后降低趋势,分别在0.10和0.05mg/L的处理达最大值;晋谷21号的POD活性高于张杂谷5号,SOD活性无明显差别。两个品种的株高、生物重、叶绿素含量和POD活性均随BR喷施浓度的增大呈先增高后降低趋势;MDA含量却呈先降低后增高趋势。晋谷21号的株高明显高于张杂谷5号,但叶面积和生物重低于张杂谷5号。0.10和0.05mg/L的BR浸种明显提高晋谷21号和张杂谷5号种子的抗氧化能力;叶面喷施0.05∽0.20mg/L的BR可显著提高谷子叶片的POD活性和叶绿素含量,降低膜脂化产物,增强谷子的抗逆性,培育壮苗,但对BR处理的反应存在品种间差异。
Seed soaking and foliar spraying experiments were conducted to study the effects of different Brassinolide (BR) treatments on the growth of Foxtail millet. Jingu No. 21 and Zhangzagu No. 5 were subjected to different con- centrations of BR seed soaking treatments to research the effects of BR on the peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, and BR foliar spraying treatments to study the influence on the height, biomass, POD activity, the content of chlorophyll and malondialdehyde (MDA). The result showed that,with the BR soaking con- centration increase, the trend of POD and SOD activities of two varieties were increased first and then decreased, and reached the maximum value in 0. l mg/L and O. 05mg/L treatment, respectively. The POD activity of Jingu No. 21 was higher than Zhangzagu No. 5, and there was no significant difference in the SOD activity between the two varieties. In the foliar spraying treatment, along with the increase of BR concentration, the trend of the plant height, biomass, chlorophyll content and POD activity of the two varieties were increased first and then reduced, but the trend of the MDA content was decreased first and then increased. The plant height of Jingu No. 21 was sig- nificantly higher than Zhangzagu No. 5, but the leaf area and biomass was lower than Zhangzagu No. 5. Jingu No. 21 and Zhangzagu No. 5 were significantly improved the activities of POD and SOD and the antioxidant ability of foxtail millet, respectively in 0.1 mg/L and 0.05mg/L BR seed soaking application. Foliar BR application could significantly increase the activity of POD and chlorophyll content in the foxtail millet leaves, reduce the products of membrane lipid,increase the resistance of the foxtail millet, and cultivate the health and strong seedling in the rage of 0.05mg/L - 0. 20mg./L. But different BR treatments had different effects on the varieties.
