以‘农大8号’(常规品种)和‘农大10号’(早衰品种)为材料,采用大田试验,研究尿素、磷酸二氢钾、6-BA及其混配施用对谷子灌浆期叶片光合性能、荧光参数及产量构成因素的影响。结果表明,喷施叶面肥和植物生长调节剂能不同程度提高谷子的净光合速率、气孔导度、光化学荧光猝灭系数(qp)、电子传递速率(ETR)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、PSⅡ的最大量子产量(Fv/Fm)及PSⅡ潜在光化学活性(Fv/Fo);叶面喷施磷酸二氢钾+6-BA交互效果最好,胞间CO2浓度下降也较快。单施6-BA的效果优于单施磷酸二氢钾或尿素;且对‘农大10号’的效果优于‘农大8号’。
The field experiment was carried out to study the effects of urea, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 6-BA and mixed application on photosynthetic performances and fluorescence parameters and yield inconventional variety 'Nongda 8' and premature variety 'Nongda 10' at filling stage. The result showed that net photosynthesis, stomatal conductance rate, qe, ETR, PSⅡ , Fv/Fm, and Fv/Fo improved to different extent after spraying the foliar fertilizer and plant growth regulator, while interaction effect of potassium dihydrogen phosphate+6-BA was the best, the intercellular CO2 concentration decreased faster. Compared with the single application of urea and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, the effect of single application of 6-BA was better than thant of the urea and potassium dihydrogen phosphate and urea, and the increase in "Nongda 10' was better than that in 'Nongda 8'.
