类风湿关节炎为一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,以细胞与体液免疫功能异常、滑膜炎症和关节损伤为主要病变特征。近年来,随着对该病发生机制认识的不断加深,一些可用于靶向治疗的潜在靶点相继被发现。综述类风湿关节炎治疗的新靶点,如细胞因子及其受体、细胞募集相关分子、免疫细胞表面抗原等及针对这些靶点开发的药物。
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease which is characterized by abnormal cellular and humoral immune disorders, synovitis and joint injury. Up to date, the precise pathogenesis of RA remains unclear. Understandings to the cellular and molecular mechanisms of RA have facilitated the progress of the targeted therapy and the discovery of more and more potential targets in recent years. The promising drug targets aiming at the treatment of RA, including cytokine and the related receptor, celt recruitment-associated molecule and immune cell surface antigen, and the related agents at various stages of clinical trails were reviewed.
