向好氧段投加生物填料,形成悬浮活性污泥和附着生物膜共存的复合式A/O工艺系统,并在低温环境下进行了中试系统的启动及稳定运行研究。结果表明,经过35d的启动,系统内的MLSS可保持在6000mg/L以上,对COD和NH4+-N的去除率分别可达到85%和80%以上;稳定运行后,系统对污水中COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP、ss的平均去除率分别可达到84.81%、81.65%、47.77%、84.17%、95.57%,出水平均浓度分别为26.71、5.43、18.95、0.9、14.61mg/L,出水水质可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918--2002)的一级B标准。
Biological media were added into aerobic zone to create a hybrid A/O process in which suspended activated sludge and attached biofilm coexisted. The start-up and operation of the pilot test system were conducted in low temperature condition. The results showed that after 35 d of start-up, MLSS could be maintained at more than 6 000 mg/L, and the removal rates of COD and NH4+ - N were more than 85% and 80%, respectively. After stable operation was achieved, the average removal rates of COD, NH4+ -N, TN, TP and SS were 84.81% , 81.65% , 47.77% , 84.17% and 95.57%, respec- tively, and the corresponding average concentrations in the effluent were 26.71 mg/L, 5.43 mg/L, 18.95 rag/L, 0.9 mg/L and 14.61 mg/L, respectively. The effluent quality met the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002).
