随着我国"十三五"规划以及"一带一路"政策的实施,西北地区将开始新一轮的铁路建设周期。而铁路路网密度以及人口密度都会影响到一个地区经济发展水平,所以合理安排铁路建设周期显得十分必要。为了探索铁路路网扩张规律以适应社会的发展需要,对西北地区的铁路路网密度、人口密度以及人均GDP进行相关性分析,得出相应的拟合公式,并对2020年路网密度进行适应性分析。最后利用GIS绘制铁路路网密度变化图。在综合考虑政策、经济等因素之后,结果表明,西北地区各省份铁路的"十三五"计划略提前于经济发展水平,基本符合铁路发展规律。
With the implement of the 13th Five Year Plan and the Belt and Road Plan,there will be a new round of construction period in the northwest of China.It 's absolutely necessary to arrange reasonably the expansion of the railway in view of the density of railway network and the average GDP that may impact regional economical development.To find out the rules of railway network development in each province,which meet the social development,the northwest of China is taken as an example in this article,and the development law of each province is researched by means of correlation analyses of railway density,population density and average GDP to obtain relevant formula.The adaptation of the 2020 railway network density is analyzed.Finally the changing railway density plots are drawn with GIS.Given political and economic factors,the results show that the Railway 13th Five Year Plan conforms basically to the railway development rules,although the plan is a little ahead of the economic development level.
