目的探讨引起婴幼儿过敏性疾病的相关因素,为其预防提供措施和依据.方法 选 择 2014年 9月-2015年10月在芜湖市妇幼保健院儿童保健门诊体检的0-24月龄婴幼儿为调查对象,以问卷形式 询问其父母,调查婴幼儿过敏性疾病的相关因素,分析影响因素.结果共收集有效问卷300份.单因素分 析显示父亲职业暴露、父亲有过敏史、四个月内添加辅食、孩子使用解热镇痛药、孩子接触毛绒玩具、家中 环境潮湿、母亲孕期进食海鱼和虾贝类等因素有统计学意义( P 〈0. 05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示:父亲 有过敏史、孩子接触毛绒玩具、家中环境潮湿、母亲孕期食用虾贝类等因素具有统计学意义( P 〈0. 05).结 论婴幼儿过敏性疾病与父亲过敏史、孩子接触毛绒玩具、家中环境潮湿、母亲孕期食用虾贝类等因素有相 关性.
Objective To investigate the risk factors associated with the allergic diseases in infants in Wuhu area for evidences to plan appropriate policies in prevention and intervention of this prevalence. Methods Infants aged 0 to 24 months undergoing health examination in the Department of Child Health Care of Wuhu Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were recruited from September 2014 to October 2015, and surveyed through the par-ents using questionnaire to identify the risk factors involved in incidence of allergic disease. Results A total o f 300 copies of valid questionnaires were retrieved. The risks by single factor analysis were associated with the occupational exposure and allergy history of the father, supplementary food within four months after bir th, medication history of antipyretic analgesic preparations, exposure to the stuffed toys, living in damp houses, mother intake of sea foods, including fish, shrimps or shellfish during pregnancy ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the risks for incidence of allergic disease in infants were involved in history of allergy in the father, infant expo-sure to the stuffed toys and living in the moist house as well as mother intake of shrimps or sea shellfish during preg-nancy (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion T he findings suggest that the prevalence o f allergic disease in infants in Wu hu area is associated with the risks, including allergy history of the father, infant exposure to the stuffed toys and living in damp house, and mother intake of shrimps or sea shellfish in pregnancy.
