目的通过研究补肾活血法对行体外受精(IVF)的多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者卵泡膜血流的影响,探讨补肾活血法对PCOS卵细胞质量影响的机制。方法将60例行IVF-ET的PCOS患者随机分为中药组和对照组,每组各30例。观察2组患者HCG日卵泡膜血流RI、PI及2组取卵数、受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、妊娠率等的差异。结果与对照组相比,中药组卵泡膜血流RI、PI均显著降低,受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率及临床妊娠率均显著提高。结论补肾活血法提高PCOS患者卵细胞质量的机制与调节卵泡膜血流、改善PCOS病理生理变化及改善卵巢微环境有关。

英文摘要:

Objective It is to approach the mechanism of the influence of reinforcing kidney and activating blood circulation method on ovum quality in polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) patients according studying the influence of reinforcing kidney and activating blood circulation method on the blood flow of theca folliculi in in vitro fertilization(IVF) PCOS infertile patients.Methods Sixty IVF-ET PCOS patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group in which there were 30 cases.The differences of RI and PI of blood flow of theca folliculi on HCG daily,ovums number,fertilization rate,cleavage rate,high quality embryo rate and pregnancy rate in the two groups were observed.Results Compared with control group,RI and PI of blood flow of theca folliculi in traditional Chinese medicine group were both significantly lowered,while the rates of fertilization,cleavage,high quality embryo and clinical pregnancy were all significantly heightened.Conclusion The mechanism of reinforcing kidney and activating blood circulation method heightening ovum quality in PCOS patients is related to regulating the blood flow of theca folliculi,improving the pathological and physiological changes of PCOS and improving ovary microenvironment.
