采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了CuAl1.6Fe0.4O4尖晶石,以凹凸棒石(PG)为载体,合成了CuAl1.6 Fe0.4O4/凹凸棒石复合材料.采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱测试技术对样品的结构、形貌、吸光性能进行了表征和分析,同时以500W氙灯为光源,亚甲基蓝为降解对象,测试了其可见光催化活性,并详细考察了尖晶石负载量对其光催化性能的影响.实验结果表明,当尖晶石负载量为40%时,其可见光降解性能最佳,最佳降解率达到了98.55%.
The CuAl1.6Fe0.4O4 spinel was prepared by sol-gel method and was loaded on palygorskite to obtain the CuAl1.6Fe0.4O4/PG composite materials.The structure,morphology and light absorption performance of samples were characterized by means of XRD,SEM,and UV-Vis,respectively.The samples with different loading amounts of spinel were applied to degrade the methylene blue solution under the 500W xenon lamp to test its photocatalytic property.The experimental results showed that the photocatalytic property was the best when the loading amounts of spinel were 40%.The degradation rate was up to 98.55% after 3 hours.
