根据航空涡轮发动机起动瞬间温度梯度变化对热应力的影响,分析了火焰筒局部区域产生拉伸应力进而导致裂纹萌生的原因。根据分析结果得出,瞬态升温过程的不同步是裂纹萌生的一个主要原因。
According to the effect of transient temperature gradient alteration on the thermal stress when aeroengine starting, the reason of tensile stress in local area of combustor resulting in crack initiation in combustor liner is analyzed. The analysis results show that nonsynchronous transient heating-up is the main reason of crack initiation.
