银屑病角质形成细胞存在的凋亡抑制现象是该病重要的病理特征之一,关于此现象的发生机制和治疗研究不断深入。本文从影响凋亡的膜死亡受体/配体、凋亡抑制蛋白分子的表达等方面对近期的相关研究成果进行综述,并对关键节点的治疗研究进行分析,以期为寻找治疗银屑病的新的药物作用靶点和方法提供参考。

Keratinocytes in psoriatic plaques are characterized by resistance to apoptosis compared with normal keratinocytes.Efforts have been focused on finding the mechanisms of apoptosis inhibition of keratinocytes in the past 10 years.In this paper,the studies on expression of membrane death receptor/ligand and multiple anti-apoptotic regulators in keratinocytes,and the new development in psoriasis therapy were reviewed in order to provide some suggestion on new therapy target and method.
