对单性结实的龟井温州蜜柑Citrus unshiu Marc.(无子)和自花结实的鄂柑1号橘Citrus reticulata Blanco(有子)采后贮藏期果实Ca^2+、果胶和脱落酸(ABA)含量动态进行了研究。结果表明,采后贮藏期两品种果皮、果肉水溶性Ca^2+与对应水溶性果胶含量动态相一致;鄂柑1号果皮、果肉水溶性Ca^2+和水溶性果胶含量在贮藏前期(采后15d)均有明显上升之后趋于下降之势;对应龟井水溶性Ca^2+和水溶性果胶含量相对较低且变幅小。贮藏期内两品种果皮原果胶含量趋于稳定,而果肉原果胶却趋下降。两品种果皮和果肉ABA含量在贮藏期内均出现显著上升趋势,但鄂柑1号的果皮和果肉ABA含量均相对较低。
Dynamics of Ca^2+ ,pectin and ABA concentrations were investigated in fruit during citrus fruit storage after harvest of parthenocarpic Kamel Satsuma mandarin(seedless) ( Citrus unshiu Marc. ) and serf-pollinated Egan 1 tangerine (seedy) ( Citrus reticulata Blanco ). The results showed that dynamics of water soluble Ca^2+ in the rind and pulp of the two cultivars were accordant with those of water soluble pectin during fruit storage after harvest, water soluble Ca^2+ and water soluble pectin concentrations in the rind and pulp of Egan 1 increased significantly during early storage ( 15 days after harvest), thereafter decreased, water soluble Ca^2 + and water soluble pectin concentrations were relatively low and changed little in the rind and pulp of Kamei. During fruit storage,proto-pectin in the rind of both cultivars remained relatively stable,whereas proto-pectin presented decreasing trends in the pulp of both. Notable increases were observed for ABA concentrations in the rind and pulp of both cultivars during fruit storage. ABA concentrations were relatively low in the rind and pulp of Egan 1.
