Pt/C催化剂采用碳为载体,但在燃料电池运行的环境下,由于催化剂载体的碳腐蚀导致催化剂电化学稳定性较低,影响了燃料电池的寿命.寻找高稳定性及高导电性的非碳载体是目前燃料电池研究的热点之一.TiO2化学稳定性高,导电性相对较高,而且来源丰富,成本低廉,因此作为碳载体的替代材料,在燃料电池中有潜在的应用.综述了TiO2作为燃料电池催化剂载体的研究进展,并对其作为催化剂载体在燃料电池催化剂研究中存在的主要问题和发展前景进行探讨和展望.
The carbon was adopted as carrier by the Pt/C catalyst. Under the circulating environment of fuel cell, the electrochemical stability was lower for the corrosion of catalyst carrier, and lifetime of the PEMFC was shortened. One of hotspots on fuel cell researching was exploring non-carbon carrier with high stability and high conductivity. High stability, high conductivity, abundance sources and cheap cost were the advantages of Titanium oxide (TiO2). These properties were recommended consideration of TiO2 as an alternative catalyst support. The research progress of TiO2 as a fuel cell catalyst support was reviewed, and it's main issues and prospects for development as a catalyst support in fuel cell catalysts were discussed and viewed.
