产业集群内的产品交易是一种基于业务和非业务依存关系上的合作交易行为,产品定价是非常敏感和复杂的策略性问题.本文从集群内企业合作交易的动机分析出发,验证了企业处在集群这种经济、社会和学习网络中,其交易行为无法通过非合作博弈达到均衡,而长期的合作博弈既能增加企业个体利益和集群总体利益,又能实现总体利益在企业之间的合理分配.笔者在此基础上提出了成本加利润、歧视价格、行业协会指导价等合作定价策略.
The product trading in a cluster is a kind of cooperative activity based on business and non-business relations. The pricing of products is a sensitive and complex problem. The motivation of cooperative trading is analyzed, then it is validated that the trading between enterprises in a cluster which is an economic, social and learning network can't reach equilibrium by non-cooperative games, while cooperative games between enterprises can improve the benefits of enterprises and the collective benefits of a cluster and can realize the rational distribution of the collective benefits among enterprises. Based on this, the good pricing strategies including cost-plus method, discriminate price method and the method of industrial guild's referential price is given.
