碳排放量的测算是评价人类活动产生的温室气体对环境影响的重要依据。目前,碳排放量的计算主要采用的是直接能耗法,缺乏动态性和时效性,无法对城市交通碳排放量进行动态精准测算。为此,提出了基于全球定位系统(GPS)+地理信息系统(GIS)+全球移动通信系统(GSM)的城市道路交通碳排放量的动态计算框架和计算方法,该方法通过GPS+GIS+GSM技术获得城市车辆动态交通信息,结合车辆的能源与碳排放因子数据,通过给出的动态碳排放量计算模型,算出一定时期内城市道路的碳排放量。该方法不仅可以计算出一定时期内的区域交通碳排放量,而且可以反映其动态变化情况,便于我国环保相关部门及交通部门对城市道路交通碳排放量进行科学统计和测算,为城市道路交通的碳排放控制策略的制定提供参考依据。
Measurement of carbon emission is to evaluate the greenhouse gas produced by human activities, which is an important basis for environment impact. At present, Measurement of carbon emission is mainly used in direct energy consumption method which lacks dynamic and timeliness, and unable to estimate dynamically and accurately the urban transport carbon emissions. Therefore, it presents a dynamic computing framework and calculation method of the urban road transport carbon emissions based on the method of Golbal Position System(GPS) + Geographic Information System(GIS) + Global System for Mobile Communication(GSM) technology to access to the urban vehicle dynamic transportation information as well as combined with the vehicle' s energy and carbon emission factor data to calculate carbon emissions given by the dynamic model calculating the area' s carbon emissions of urban roads within a certain period of time. This method can not only calculate the area' s throughout state of traffic emissions case in a period of time, and it can reflect the dynamic changes in order to facilitate Chinese environmental relevant protection departments and departments of urban road traffic transport the carbon emissions by scientific and statistical calculations. Finally, it will provide reference to carry out thefurther city road traffic emissions control strategy.
