英文摘要：

On the base of analyzing the mechanism of open services innovation on platform enterprises？ it applies regressionanalysis and SEM （ structure equations modeling ） analysis to discuss the relationships between dual social capital duallearning and open services innovation from the perspective of social capital embeddedness. It demonstrates that local socialcapital has negative effects on open services innovation, while ultra-local social capital has positive effects on open serv-ices innovation, and both learning ways play intermediary roles in the relationship. Finally, it put forward inspiratiocording to the particularities of open services innovation of platform enterprises, including cultivating local networks to re-duce the costs of innovation, broadening ultra-local networks to receive high heterogeneity resources, launching exploita-tive learning to compact the soil of innovation, exploring new learning styles to carry out data mining deeply.
