The chemical constituents from the fermentation broths of Streptosporangium carneum and Dactylosporangium aurantiacum were studied by column chromatograph and spectral analyses.Three compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of Streptosporangium carneum,and their structures were determined as adenosine（1）,2′-deoxyadenosine（2）,5,7,4′,-trihydroxy-isoflavone（3）.Three compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of Dactylosporangium aurantiacum,and their structures were determined as adenosine（1）,5,7,4′,-trihydroxy-isoflavone（3）,2′-deoxyuridine（4）.
