环糊精分子独特的分子结构和主体特征使其具有良好的手性识别能力,被广泛用作液相色谱手性固定相。市场上已有多种商品化的环糊精类固定相被成功用于液相色谱手性分离。为满足更广泛的分离需求并深入研究其作用机制,近年来人们又开发了许多新型的环糊精类固定相。本文主要介绍近十年来新型环糊精类固定相及新合成方法的研究进展,并展望其发展前景。
Due to their unique molecular structure and resolution capability,cyclodextrin and its derivatives(CD) are widely used as selectors of chiral stationary phases(CSP) for high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Many CD-based CSP have been commercialized and successfully applied to resolving enantiomers.In order to meet specific requirements and further study the chiral recognition mechanism,a great number of novel CD-based CSP have been synthesized.And this review mainly focuses on the recent(last ten years) contributions in the field of novel CD-based CSP developments.
