利用THz—TDS测定了一些化合物在THz波段的光谱性质,并得到不同物质在THz波段的吸收系数,折射率数值。实验结果显示,在0.2~1.5THz波段内,许多常见的非线性光学晶体(如硼酸盐,黄铜矿类化合物)的吸收系数很小(〈10cm^-1)。同一种物质的多晶样品和单晶样品的对比实验表明,多晶样品和单晶样品有相似的THz波段透过率。
The spectrum properties of several nonlinear optic crystals by THz-TDS system was measured.The results show that , between 0.2-1.5 THz, most borates and chalcogenides have low absorption coefficient( 〈 10 cm^-1). According to the result, poly-crystal samples have similar transmittancy compare to single-crystal samples in the band between 0.2-1.5 THz.
