采用提拉法生长了尺寸为30 mm×50 mm的(Yb3+,La3+)∶Gd2SiO5单晶和尺寸为24 mm×57 mm的(Yb3+,Tb3+)∶GdTaO4单晶,用X射线荧光法测量了掺杂样品的组分浓度在晶体中的分布,拟合了掺杂离子的有效分凝系数,结果表明:Yb3+在Gd2SiO5晶体中的分凝系数为1.185(15),接近单位1,而La3+则为0.68(10),偏离单位1较多,对晶体的光学均匀性会有较大的影响;Yb3+和Tb3+在GdTaO4中的分凝系数为0.84(14)和0.84(5),接近单位1,对晶体的光学均匀性影响较小。
The crystal(Yb3+,La3+)∶Gd2SiO5 with its size 30 mm×50 mm and crystal(Yb3+,Tb3+)∶GdTaO4 with its size 24 mm×57 mm were successfully grown by Czochralski method.The concentration distribution of doped ions in the crystals was detected by the X-ray fluorescence(XRF) spectroscopy and the effective segregation coefficients of doped ions were obtained by fitting calculation.The coefficient of Yb3+ whose value is close unity in Gd2SiO5 crystal is 1.185(15),and that of La3+ whose value have a relatively larger deviation from unity is 0.68(10) will cause a greater influence on the optical homogeneity of the crystal.The coefficients of Yb3+ and Tb3+ in GdTaO4 crystal are 0.84(14) and 0.84(5) correspondingly,both of them a value close unit 1,which will affect optical homogeneity of the crystals.
