近年来管理创新、创新方法等逐渐成为学术界关注的热点,众多研究分支方向凸显出跨学科、跨领域的特性。旨在理清管理创新、创新方法、管理方法等研究方向的交织、联系和区别,特别是管理创新方法与管理创新的关系,同时分析10年来我国学术界的研究现状、热点和未来方向。基于共词网络分析的基本思想,运用中心度等手段,利用Ucinet可视化工具绘制了知识图谱,清晰展现其研究现状与发展脉络,以及管理创新、创新方法与管理创新方法的知识联系。
英文摘要：
In recent years,management innovation and innovative approaches become hot topic, The researchers who havedifferent perspectives conducted extensive discussions at many levels from different disciplines. We use content analysismethod to study management innovation, innovative approaches, management innovation methods and so on, taking the lit-erature published in the journals of domestic CNKI database from 2004 till now as based data sources. Based on bibliomet-ric view, we research the hotspot connection and difference between them by Ucinet, so as to provide a reference for domes-tic scholars in the field hereafter. The quantitative research based on network could clarify over view of domestic manage-ment innovation research, and help the future research and practices.
