龋病是慢性感染性疾病,是口腔内多种微生物共同作用的结果。龋病相关微生物在龋病病理变化中的作用,主要取决于三大生物学特性：产酸与耐酸力、产糖能力和黏附能力。随着近年来龋病研究的日益深入,龋病相关分子机制逐渐引起学者们的重视,越来越多的微生物也被认为与龋病相关。现对主要龋病相关微生物的致龋性进行综述,以期对龋病的深入研究提供参考。

Dental caries are chronic infectious diseases and the consequence of oral etiological disequilibrium.Carie-related microorganisms have three important biological characteristics：the capabilities of acid production and acid tolerance,the capability to adhere the dental surface and the ability to synthesize amylose,which play an important role on the pathological progress of dental caries.Following the improvement of the shudy about caries,people has paid close attention on the molecular mechanism of caries.Meanwhile,more and more microorganisms has been proved to relate to caries.The cariogenicities of carie-related microorganisms are summarized in this paper,in order to provide some reference for further shudy about caries.
