In this paper, Toeplitz operators with symbols function which is radical funtion （function is only related to the norm of variable） on Dirichlet spaces, subspace of Sobolev spaces on annulus, that is constituted of holomorphic function, are discussed. Equivalence conditions of boundedness, compactness of Toeplitz operators are discussed, and spectra of Toeplitz operators is computed.
