在内地与香港的共同努力下,两地的跨区域科技合作日益频繁,成为当今中国知识创造和技术溢出的重要源泉。基于共生网络的研究视角,以内地与香港在环境科技领域的项目合作为研究对象,运用社会网络分析方法,从区域的层面对跨区域创新合作网络进行中心性和核心-边缘结构等指标测度;并对内地与香港环境科技创新合作网络进行奇异值(SVD)分析,以探索两地跨区域创新合作网络发展的主要影响因素。研究结果表明:中心性指标较高的参与机构对跨区域创新合作网络的稳定发展起重要支撑作用,网络中的核心-边缘结构依旧存在。地理因素不再是创新合作过程中的决定性因素,相似的人才结构可以突破地缘劣势的限制,从而实现跨区域创新合作网络的异域共生。同时,政府的政策支持和引导与跨区域创新合作网络的形成也密切相关。
Interregional innovational cooperation between the the concerted efforts of both sides in recent years and becomes an mainland and Hong Kong is booming with important source of knowledge creation and technology spillovers. Based on the perspective of symbiosis network, this paper takes the innovational cooperation between the mainland and Hong Kong in the field of environmental science and technology as a sample, and conducts the index measurement of interregional innovational cooperation network including indicators of centricity and core - edge structure from regional level by using social network analysis method. This paper carries out the singular value (SVD) analysis of the environmental science and technology innovational cooperation network between mainland and Hong Kong to explore the main influencing factors of the development of interregional innovational cooperation network. The results indicate that members of higher centricity index play an important supporting role in the stability of interregional innovational cooperation network between ma- inland and Hong Kong and the core - edge structure still exists in this network. Geography is no longer the only decisive factor during the interregional iImovational cooperation and similar talent structure can break through the limitation of geopolitical disadvantages and lead to exotic symbiosis in the interregional innovational cooperation network. At the same time, the government's policy support and guidance are also closely related to the formation of the interregional innovational cooperation network between the mainland and Hong Kong.
